A proper strength and conditioning gym in Hobart - the kind athletes train in, open to anyone who wants to train that way. Real periodised programming, coaches on the floor who teach you the lifts and correct your technique, and more ownership of your training as you earn it. Not herded through a class. Not left to guess on your own.

Small-group strength and conditioning in the Hobart CBD. Real programs, coaches who actually coach, and room for adults with jobs, kids, and the occasional dodgy knee.
The Program
Anyone can write a workout that leaves you sore. Fewer can write one that leaves you stronger, month after month, without wearing you down.
Your training is periodised - strength, power and conditioning built in cycles that compound, not a circuit that stops delivering after four weeks. You always know where a session sits in the bigger plan, and why.
Sessions cap at 12 - small enough that a coach actually sees you lift. Early on we teach you the movements and correct what needs correcting. As it clicks, we step back - you drive, we watch the details. Never anonymous, never micromanaged longer than you need to be.
Movement quality before load. If your hinge is off, we fix the position before adding weight. The point isn't counting your reps - it's that you leave understanding the lift well enough to own it.
Your program lives in the app: see what's coming, log your sets, watch your numbers climb over months. It's how you take the reins - read your own progress instead of guessing at it. Coaches work from the same data to set your next block.

"I hadn't trained properly in seven years, and I was expecting to be the worst person in the room by a distance. That wasn't the case. Got my first unassisted pull-up three months in."

"I tried a big commercial gym for two months and had no idea what I was doing. Here the coaches explain why you're doing something, which matters when you're not 22 anymore."
Member
Marcus, 44 / first time in proper strength and conditioning
"Being able to see I've added 20kg to my deadlift over six months is a different kind of motivation than any class I've taken. The app made it concrete."
